PT Uni-Charm Indonesia Tbk merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang didirikan tanggal 05 Juni 1997 dan bergerak sebagai produsen popok bayi (MamyPoko), pembalut wanita (Charm), popok dewasa (Charm) dan juga tisu basah (MamyPoko).

Responsibilities :

  1. Update promotion, change banner, upload SKU, create campaign and booked package.
  2. Responding to Customers complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.
  3. Collecting Customer Feedback /Information and analyzing customer needs.

Qualifications :

  • Female, Max 30 years
  • Bachelor Degree of any major
  • Have 1 – 2 Years experiences Ecommerce / Customer Service
  • Ability to speak in english is preferable
  • Fluent in Adobe Photoshop
  • Profecient in MS Excel & other MS Office apps
  • Experience in Ecommerce / Marketplace
  • Able to handle work pressure, fast pace, able to handle demanding customers and bright ideas on problem solving for customers
  • Able to good communication, insight, creative ideas and good presentation.
  • Palcement in Sudirman, Jakarta
